Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently
Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies, ensuring availability at all times
Handle accounts payable processes, including timely invoice processing and vendor communication
Serve as the primary receptionist, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications
Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
Organize and update office records and documentation for easy access
Collaborate with team members to support various administrative needs
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Schedule meetings and appointments, managing calendars effectively
Provide general support to staff and assist with ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
Proficiency in managing office supplies and vendor relationships
