We have an opportunity for a fantastic Office Manager with HR experience to join our team in Rotterdam where you will foster a friendly, inclusive, and professional environment. Job Responsibility:
Ensuring the running of the office
Supporting various operational activities including Human Resources and Finance
Seamless coordination of essential administrative processes
Maintaining company compliance with legal requirements to minimise risk and create space for efficient working
Fostering a friendly, inclusive, and professional environment
Requirements:
A qualification in a related field including business, administration or HR is preferred but not essential
Dutch language proficiency
3+ years working in an office administration or manager position
Previous experience working with and supporting management and leadership teams is desirable
Previous experience working in a professional creative environment such as Architecture – is desirable but not essential
Understanding of Dutch Labor laws and HR best practice is high desireable
Microsoft Office is essential, HRIS systems and accounting software is desirable
Working knowledge of Arbowet and including RI&E processes
