The Office Manager oversees daily administrative operations of the center, including billing, accounts payable, dispatch support, front counter service, and coordination of service and delivery personnel. This position ensures accurate customer billing, efficient office organization, and professional customer service while supporting overall center operations.
Job Responsibility:
Oversees all customer billing to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Processes Accounts Payable, including verifying invoices and maintaining proper documentation
Manages and maintains organized filing systems (physical and electronic)
Orders and maintains office supplies inventory
Assists with dispatching service and delivery personnel as needed
Coordinates schedules for service and delivery personnel to ensure timely customer service
Oversees and processes customer in-shop requests and requirements
Provides front counter customer service, ensuring professional and courteous interaction
Assists customers with billing questions and resolves discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintains accurate office records and documentation
Communicates effectively with management, service technicians, and drivers to support daily operations
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
Assists Center Manager as needed
Maintains safe work environment
Maintains professional appearance
Must practice good attendance habits: coming to work on time, working their shift as scheduled, and leaving at the scheduled time
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One-year certificate from college or technical school
or related experience and/or training
or equivalent combination of education and experience
