We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Laguna Beach, California. Job Responsibility:
Design and produce weekly bulletins using Adobe InDesign
Maintain and update parish records, including documentation for baptisms, weddings, and funerals
Coordinate logistics for special events, ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders
Provide support for leadership meetings, including preparing agendas and managing follow-ups
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate financial workflows
Manage the online giving system and maintain structured digital filing systems
Administer and oversee Google Workspace, calendars, and operational reporting
Update and maintain the website's architecture and content calendar
Facilitate digital outreach efforts to engage the parish community
Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative office management
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other design tools
Familiarity with maintaining records for events such as baptisms and weddings
Strong organizational skills for coordinating meetings and logistics
Experience with payroll processing for small teams
Knowledge of managing online giving systems and financial workflows
