Our client, a growing commercial roofing company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support daily office operations and help keep the business running efficiently. This is a full-time onsite position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and can quickly adapt to new systems and processes
Job Responsibility
Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficiency across the office
Manage calendars, scheduling, correspondence, data entry, filing, and general office coordination
Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and vendors while maintaining professional communication
Assist with document preparation, reporting, and other administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite
Learn and navigate new software systems as needed to support business operations
Handle multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Support the team with additional office management and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
3+ years of strong administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday
