We provide skilled labour for a variety of projects, including commercial kitchen ventilation, building management systems (BMS), sanitary equipment installation, internal demolitions, and commercial fit-outs. Our team also offers project supervision and management, ensuring that every job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standard across Australia.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the office to support ongoing HVAC and duct installation projects across multiple sites
Coordinate schedules, communications, and documentation between field supervisors, trades, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Manage office resources, including staff allocations, equipment, and supplies, to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance with safety and project timelines
Maintain accurate records of employee timesheets, project costs, and subcontractor documentation
Ensure all company and client documentation, including compliance certificates, safety forms, and job reports, are completed, filed, and accessible
Oversee procurement and inventory management of office and site-related materials
Support HR functions such as onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining employee records
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety regulations, and relevant employment and industry legislation
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance communication, productivity, and quality standards within the organization
Requirements:
Diploma in Leadership and Management or related field
At least 1 year of experience in office management
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
