We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Contract to permanent position involves managing key administrative tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and human resources support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Responsibility:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Oversee payroll administration and provide support for HR functions, including employee onboarding and benefits coordination
Handle general administrative tasks to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment
Manage the inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely orders to meet organizational needs
Collaborate with team members and provide assistance on various tasks to support overall operations
Create and maintain spreadsheets using advanced Microsoft Excel features and formulas
Foster a positive work environment, contributing to a cohesive team culture
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data management tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in handling multiple tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative in a dynamic setting
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude
