Job Description:

This role involves supporting operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring everything is in place for the team to succeed. Key responsibilities range from managing client interactions, booking company events, and organising travel to maintaining records and assisting with administrative needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • First point of contact for client calls and emails
  • Booking company events
  • Organising travel
  • Setting up new contracts
  • Filing supplier invoices, delivery notes, and accounts documents
  • Assisting with business surveys
  • Managing shareholder and company insurance policies
  • Coordinating MOTs, services, and fuel cards
  • Logging vehicle mileage and maintaining Excel records
  • Conducting stock and stationery checks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office management or administration
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a great sense of humour
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
