Job Responsibility:
Serve as the friendly and professional point of contact for residents, leaseholders, and shareholders
Maintain meticulous bookkeeping and manage administration related to estate asset rentals
Take minutes during meetings and maintain action trackers to ensure follow-through
Lead the digitization of our office archive, managing all documents with care
Organise meeting administration for both in-house and online sessions, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Respond to inquiries promptly, ensuring all interactions leave residents feeling welcomed and valued
Keep the office space clear, organised, and well-stocked with supplies
Support adherence to health, safety, and security procedures to create a safe working environment
Assist with audio-visual setups for meetings and events

Requirements:
