Join our client at a dynamic construction company as an Office Manager, where you’ll play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage daily office functions, support project teams, and help maintain an efficient, productive work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for executives and project managers
Support HR with onboarding, timekeeping, and compliance documentation
Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office budget tracking
Monitor, organize, and file project documents, invoices, and records
Implement and refine office policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and organized workspace
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members
Assist with special projects and support cross-functional teams as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of office management or administrative experience
construction or related industry background preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma required
