As Office Manager, you will own the operational backbone of Serval’s headquarters. You’ll ensure our workplace runs seamlessly — from facilities and vendors to internal events and employee experience — enabling the team to do the best work of their careers. You will directly shape how it feels to work at Serval. This role is hands-on. You will directly execute internal events, manage day-to-day logistics, and shape the physical environment in ways that make it energizing, organized, and high-performing. Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end office operations, including facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor management
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring strong service standards and cost discipline
Ensure workplace health, safety, and security compliance
Help plan and execute internal events (all-hands, offsites, team gatherings)
Maintain operational readiness of the office at all times
Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace-related needs
Be the first point of contact for all guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming office experience
Continuously improve systems and processes to reduce friction and elevate the employee
Requirements:
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Comfort working cross-functionally with leadership, finance, and HR stakeholders

Nice to have:
2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or administrative leadership
