Job Description:

Drive efficiency and organization within our manufacturing/construction operations team as an Office Manager. In this vital role, you'll oversee administrative functions, support production teams, and help maintain a seamless workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise office administration and provide support to management, production, and logistics teams
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination for leadership and staff
  • Oversee procurement of supplies, inventory management, and vendor communications
  • Organize and maintain key records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Support HR functions such as timesheet processing, onboarding, and employee relations activities
  • Uphold company standards for safety, confidentiality, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an office manager, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office management platforms
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
