Drive efficiency and organization within our manufacturing/construction operations team as an Office Manager. In this vital role, you'll oversee administrative functions, support production teams, and help maintain a seamless workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise office administration and provide support to management, production, and logistics teams
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination for leadership and staff
Oversee procurement of supplies, inventory management, and vendor communications
Organize and maintain key records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency

Requirements:
