As our Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations and an essential support for our growing team. You’ll make sure the office runs smoothly, our people are well-supported, and the right systems are in place to keep things organized and efficient. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and enjoys variety, from welcoming new hires and organizing company events to sourcing the right equipment and keeping our workspace humming. You’ll work closely with our leadership and engineering teams to create an environment where everyone can focus on what they do best: building world-class technology that helps safeguard European safety. You’ll bring structure and calm to a fast-moving start-up, take ownership of a wide range of operational tasks, and help us continue building a great place to work.
Job Responsibility:
HR support & onboarding
Support recruitment efforts
Prepare and organize employment agreements and HR documentation
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new team members
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR records
Help implement HR best practices
Procurement & inventory management
Source and order everything the team needs
Track deliveries and coordinate repairs, returns, warranties, and replacements
Keep an up-to-date overview of inventory, equipment allocation, and software licenses
Implement a simple check-in/check-out system for high-value equipment
Office management
Oversee the daily operations of our office
Manage office supplies, maintenance requests, and workspace organization
Coordinate with the building owner on facility and access matters
Support team logistics such as meeting schedules, events, and travel arrangements
Take ownership of keeping the office atmosphere positive, professional, organised and efficient
Administrative coordination
Prepare and maintain internal documentation, records, and templates
Support contract preparation for hires, customers, and partners
Assist with planning and scheduling internal meetings, workshops, and events for Leadership
Requirements:
Relevant experience in office management, HR coordination, or operations in a start-up or tech environment
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Excellent organizational skills
Proactive and hands-on
Detail-oriented and trustworthy
Strong communicator
Available 5 days per week and able to work primarily from our Delft office
Nice to have:
Dutch is a plus
