A well-established healthcare organization in Vista is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions for a busy clinical office. The Office Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the office, ensuring smooth workflow across front office, administrative, and support teams. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily office operations, staffing schedules, and administrative workflows
Supervise front office and administrative staff, including training and performance support
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and documentation standards
Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility needs
Support billing, payroll coordination, and timekeeping processes
Monitor office performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
Serve as point of contact for internal departments and external partners
Assist leadership with reporting, budgeting, and operational planning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
4+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
Prior experience in healthcare or regulated environments strongly preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
