Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing company on a temporary basis. Operating primarily in the e-commerce space and expanding rapidly, the team is on a mission to make an impact with a fun, accessible, and forward-thinking approach. They're seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to support the team and help keep daily operations running smoothly during a busy period of growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, IT support, etc.)
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Organise weekly grocery deliveries and monthly team lunches
  • Book travel and assist with planning team events
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, including some expense management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar office management role
  • Confident with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator with strong multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment
