Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and supervise a team of 5 employees. This long-term contract position is based in Clearwater, Minnesota, and offers an excellent opportunity for someone skilled in administrative management, customer service, and team leadership. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can balance managerial responsibilities with operational tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and train direct reports, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Act as the primary decision-maker and subject matter expert for resolving issues within the assigned team
  • Oversee the receipt, system entry, and assignment of customer work orders
  • Ensure all workloads are completed on time and meet established deadlines
  • Maintain regular communication with department directors, managers, customers, senior management, and other stakeholders
  • Supervise the documentation of essential records in company systems to guarantee accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze and report key performance indicators to monitor and improve team performance, quality, and profitability
  • Perform production duties as needed to support the assigned team
  • Manage office supplies, accounts payable, and overall administrative functions
  • Uphold business casual dress code standards while maintaining professionalism

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of office management or administrative experience
  • Previous supervisory experience overseeing a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience with contracts or document management is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Clearwater, Minnesota
