Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to ensure smooth operations at our Singapore office. This role will report to our Manager, Office Operations while working closely with HR, People Ops and the Executive Teams to foster a positive work environment for the Workato team and guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure that office processes run smoothly
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Handle office-related inquiries and provide general support to visitors
  • Plan in-house activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences
  • Ensure office safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage office budget and expenditures
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and policies
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
  • Liaise with building landlords for office leasing or any other matters
  • Assist the local team as needed for related Workato’s Foundation (Charity) initiatives
  • Manage any office related duties for the teams at another space in the Serviced Office in WeWork

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years of managing a real estate and/or facilities team
  • Tech savvy with minimum knowledge of G suite
  • Have reliable transportation and the ability to perform ad hoc tasks outside of office
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, team oriented, strong cross-group collaborator
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to tailor communication to various audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
