Job Responsibility

  • Operational Oversight: Streamlining day-to-day office functions, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing facility maintenance for North York or Downtown hubs
  • Culture & Engagement: Leading internal committees, planning corporate events, and driving initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Financial Coordination: Managing office budgets, processing invoices, and coordinating with accounting teams for payroll or expense reconciliation
  • Health & Safety Leadership: Acting as the primary lead for JHSC requirements, ensuring office compliance with current Ontario health and safety regulations
  • Project Management: Coordinating office moves, renovations, or the implementation of new digital resource management tools

Requirements

  • 3–10 years of experience in Office Management or Senior Administration, preferably in a fast-paced professional services environment
  • Mastery of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • experience with procurement software is a strong asset
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and budget management (QuickBooks experience preferred)
  • A proactive 'solutions-first' attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to create and document 'bulletproof' office procedures and onboarding workflows
