Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive, organized, and welcoming environment
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate workflows to maximize efficiency
Manage office budgets, supply orders, and vendor relationships
Assist with facility management, equipment maintenance, and IT support coordination
Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures
Support HR functions including onboarding, records management, and benefits coordination
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Provide executive support for leadership and help coordinate meetings and events
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in office management or a related administrative leadership role, preferably in the non-profit sector
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern office technologies
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
High degree of professionalism and discretion, especially with sensitive information
