We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to join our clients team in Glenville, New York. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to oversee and streamline operations in a detail-oriented office setting. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating vendor communications, and ensuring smooth business office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations
manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory tracking
review invoices to ensure accurate billing and timely submission
coordinate communication with vendors and manage vendor relationships effectively
perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
utilize Excel and Google tools to perform tasks such as mail merges and data management
support the superintendent’s office with clerical tasks and documentation
ensure compliance with fingerprinting and other onboarding processes as required
organize and schedule meetings, breaks, and lunches to optimize office workflow
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative office management or a similar role
proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools
strong organizational skills with attention to detail
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to handle receptionist duties and provide a welcoming environment
experience in managing office supplies and inventory
