We’re looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to keep our San Francisco HQ running smoothly and support day-to-day operations. Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations: ordering supplies, managing snacks, coordinating cleaning/vendors, and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Coordinate internal events: monthly team lunches, offsites, happy hours, and seasonal celebrations
  • Support external events: help with logistics and materials for conferences, field dinners, and customer meetups
  • Assist with scheduling and logistics for meetings, travel, and onboarding
  • Own vendor relationships across facilities, food, furniture, and equipment
  • Jump in on ad hoc projects across people, recruiting, and ops
