We are looking for a part time Office Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will oversee essential administrative operations, manage office logistics, and ensure smooth communication within the organization. Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff and leadership, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly
Coordinate internal communications and facilitate information sharing among team members
Manage office supply inventory and handle purchasing requests as needed
Assist with organizing travel arrangements for staff, ensuring all details are accurately addressed
Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail while routing important documents to the appropriate departments
Prepare and scan contributions received via mail for fundraising purposes
Oversee shipping and receiving processes to maintain efficient office logistics
Support physical office deposits and ensure compliance with established procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative office management or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with office supply management and purchasing activities
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and vendor file maintenance
Experience supporting fundraising efforts and handling donation-related tasks
Proficiency in managing mail and shipping operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Excellent communication skills to ensure effective coordination within the office
Ability to maintain accuracy in document handling and resource management
