Office Manager

• Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate coding and reporting of transactions
• Monitor and document daily checks and bills to maintain financial records
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including filing reports related to environmental fees, garnishments, and demographic data
• Assist with quarterly and year-end tax filings in collaboration with external partners
• Perform reconciliations across multiple entities to maintain accurate financial records
• Support ownership directly by providing reliable accounting and compliance insights
• Handle bank reporting and transaction reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Facilitate multi-entity accounting processes efficiently and effectively

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated environments
• Proficiency in accounting software, with QuickBooks experience preferred
• Familiarity with multi-entity accounting and reconciliation processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting ownership directly
• Experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations

Knowledge of Famous software or similar tools is a plus
