Job Responsibility:
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of office services for assigned office
Receive broad guidance from senior-level management
Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution
Review work produced by staff for quality assurance
Serve as liaison to Human Resources, Finance and Marketing Departments
Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and others
Support office/business unit financial objectives through review and tracking of vendor and/or client invoices
Plan, direct and coordinate administrative services for the office including facilities management, office equipment, mail distribution system, and phone system
Oversee the maintenance of all office equipment in branch facility
Initiate, negotiate, and establish relationships with property management and vendors
Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications
Organize and maintain an office filing system
Update mailing lists and contact databases
Manage administrative support staff
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent GED required
Five or more (5+) years of administrative services experience with management responsibility
Associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred
Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred
Satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company and a current, valid State driver's license
Nice to have:
