We are looking for an engaging, proactive and people focused Office Manager to own the day to day experience of our office, our people and our visitors. This is one of the highest touch roles at Prospa and is often the first interaction people have with us. This is a hands on, highly visible role for someone who enjoys being around people, notices the details and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well run environment.
Job Responsibility:
Front of house and reception – managing visitor sign ins, guest hosting, mail and deliveries
Facilities and office management – owning the smooth running of the office across two floors, working with vendors and building management, managing facilities requests, office supplies, snacks and stationery
Office events and employee experience – assisting in the planning and delivery of office events and employee experience initiatives
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisation and time management
High initiative and learning agility
Confidence managing suppliers, budgets and invoices
Comfort working independently in a role that is largely solo
