Job Responsibility:
Assist the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams by organizing and managing accounting documentation
Provide support with data entry to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial records
Collaborate with team members to facilitate reconciliations and maintain financial accuracy
Maintain and update office records, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible
Coordinate administrative tasks to support overall office operations
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve any issues related to accounting or documentation
Monitor and report on the status of accounting documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards
Assist with preparing reports and summaries related to financial transactions and office activities
Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures in all administrative and accounting tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative office roles, ideally within the higher education sector
Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Basic knowledge of financial reconciliations and the ability to support related tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and resolve issues
