Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day office activities to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment
Coordinate the purchasing of office materials and vendor-supplied items to maintain uninterrupted operations
Track inventory levels and replenish workplace supplies before shortages affect business needs
Handle front-desk coverage by greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries appropriately
Support accounts payable activities by organizing invoices, verifying details, and assisting with timely payment processing
Maintain administrative records, files, and general office documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Partner with internal teams to address operational needs and help resolve routine office-related issues
Monitor office procedures and recommend practical improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality
Requirements:
Experience managing administrative office functions in a business environment with strong attention to detail
Ability to order, organize, and monitor office supplies with strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoice handling and payment coordination
Comfortable performing receptionist and front-office support duties with professionalism
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills suited to a collaborative workplace
Proficiency with standard office software and general administrative tools
