Coral Bay East Coast Pty Ltd is an Australian company specialising in the supply and distribution of furniture to major retail partners across the country, including well-known furniture retailers. We work closely with our retail clients to deliver high-quality products and reliable service, supporting their operations nationwide. We are currently seeking an Office Manager to support our growing team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the planning, coordination and ongoing review of office services, establishing priorities and service standards to support the supply and distribution of furniture to major retail partners
Allocate and manage human resources, office space and equipment to ensure efficient support of operational, logistics and administrative functions
Assign work to administrative staff and monitor performance to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, documentation and retailer requirements
Manage and maintain office records, reporting systems and accounts, supporting invoicing, supplier documentation and internal controls
Liaise with external professionals, suppliers and service providers to coordinate office operations and facilitate the timely resolution of administrative and operational issues
Ensure office equipment, systems and supplies are maintained to support day-to-day business activities
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements within the office environment
Ensure all office operations comply with relevant Australian legislation, company policies and industry standards
Coordinate personnel-related activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, staff training and day-to-day supervision
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an Office Manager or similar role
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify operational issues and implement process improvements to support efficient office and business operations
