Support the smooth day-to-day running of the business across office administration, sales support and finance
Split time between supporting sales and office administration, and finance, payroll and credit control
Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Progress enquiries and orders and provide accurate and professional after-sales support
Manage sales inboxes and online orders
Order stock and arrange shipping and handle returns, renewals, and calibrations
Support core accounting processes, payroll administration and financial record-keeping
Support invoicing and reconciliations
Assist with VAT returns, credit control and year-end information
Process monthly payroll and act as a first point of contact for payroll queries
Requirements:
Experience in a customer service and/or administration role
Comfortable working with a high level of autonomy
