Job Responsibility:
Greeting guest
Manage travel for the CEO, expense reports and event coordination
Support accounting operations
Coordinating with stakeholders
Filing and scanning documents
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Handling mailings
Phone calls and follow up on calls and emails
Requirements:
2+ years office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Willing to learn new technology
Attention to detail and excellent work ethics
Must be dependable and reliable
You are required to have your own transportation to commute to Tysons Corner
