Job Responsibility

  • Organize and coordinate business travel, including accommodation bookings, transfers, and preparation of travel itineraries
  • Maintain and optimize the office environment - liaise with vendors and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Proactively manage and improve administrative processes
  • Perform operational tasks assigned by the direct manager
  • Work both collaboratively within a team and independently handle emerging tasks and situations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative position
  • experience in a travel agency/company or hands-on experience organizing business travel will be considered an advantage
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented, with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates initiative, proactivity, responsibility, and reliability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (candidates should not be enrolled in full-time studies at the moment)
  • Working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have

experience in a travel agency/company or hands-on experience organizing business travel
