Job Responsibility:
Organize and coordinate business travel, including accommodation bookings, transfers, and preparation of travel itineraries
Maintain and optimize the office environment - liaise with vendors and manage office supplies and equipment
Proactively manage and improve administrative processes
Perform operational tasks assigned by the direct manager
Work both collaboratively within a team and independently handle emerging tasks and situations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative position
experience in a travel agency/company or hands-on experience organizing business travel will be considered an advantage
Highly organized and execution-oriented, with strong attention to detail
Demonstrates initiative, proactivity, responsibility, and reliability
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (candidates should not be enrolled in full-time studies at the moment)
Working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
