We’re looking for an Office Manager & HR Operations professional to be the backbone of our workplace experience and people operations in the U.S. This role blends high-touch office management with detail-oriented HR operations—supporting everything from office logistics and vendor management to onboarding, benefits administration, and employee experience. You’ll partner closely with leadership, Finance, and People/HR stakeholders to ensure the office runs smoothly and employees have a seamless, well-supported experience from day one.
Job Responsibility:
Own day-to-day office operations including supplies, office upkeep, access, seating, and workplace systems
Manage office vendors (facilities, IT support, cleaning, catering, security, etc.) including contracts, renewals, and performance
Coordinate office services: mail handling, deliveries, conference room scheduling, and office communications
Plan and execute on-site events (team lunches, offsites, celebrations) and support employee engagement programs
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming office environment
ensure compliance with office safety and building policies
Track and manage office budget and expenses in partnership with Finance
Support end-to-end onboarding for U.S. employees: paperwork, background checks, equipment coordination, orientation scheduling
Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS/tools
ensure data quality and confidentiality
Administer employee programs including benefits enrollment support, leave tracking, and employee lifecycle updates
Coordinate HR processes such as offer letters, employee verifications, policy acknowledgements, and offboarding checklists
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes, workplace policies, and benefits logistics
Support compliance tasks including I-9 verification (if applicable), documentation, and policy updates
