Job Description

We’re looking for someone who is driven, proactive, and energized by fast-paced environments to help build and shape our new Singapore office from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in establishing how the office runs, how the team connects, and how our culture shows up locally. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy wearing multiple hats, taking ownership, and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist. Things will move quickly, priorities will evolve, and no two days will look the same — but you’ll have the chance to make a real impact and help define what “great” looks like as the office grows. If you’re excited by autonomy, momentum, and being part of something in its early stages, this role is for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a smooth, well-organized, and welcoming workplace
  • Manage facilities, vendors, supplies, and office services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs and issues
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics (equipment, access, workspace setup)
  • Coordinate and manage office-related contracts and renewals (vendors, services, facilities)
  • Liaise with legal, finance, and external vendors as needed
  • Track key contract dates and ensure timely renewals or updates
  • Support administration and coordination of employee benefits and perks
  • Act as a resource for team members on benefits-related questions, escalating when needed
  • Partner with HR or leadership to help improve employee experience initiatives
  • Plan and execute team events, offsites, celebrations, and company-wide gatherings
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, venues, catering, and communication
  • Help foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive company culture

Requirements

  • Driven, proactive, and energized by fast-paced environments
  • Enjoy wearing multiple hats, taking ownership, and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist
  • Excited by autonomy, momentum, and being part of something in its early stages
