Job Responsibility:

  • Take full ownership of the Hong Kong office, including supplies, vendor management, maintenance, and furniture
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, focusing on seamless onboarding for all new hires
  • Act as the local IT liaison, managing laptop/asset allocation and troubleshooting hardware issues
  • Coordinate directly with global IT teams in London and Sweden for systems setup and escalations

Requirements:
