Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Mandarin Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support a productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English and have strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, vendors, and visitors
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility needs
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support leadership as needed
  • Assist with onboarding, document management, and internal communications
  • Prepare reports, track expenses, and help support basic budgeting activities
  • Translate verbal and written communications in Mandarin and English when needed
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed efficiently

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • 5+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
