We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Mandarin Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support a productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English and have strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, vendors, and visitors
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility needs
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support leadership as needed
Assist with onboarding, document management, and internal communications
Prepare reports, track expenses, and help support basic budgeting activities
Translate verbal and written communications in Mandarin and English when needed
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed efficiently
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
5+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
