We’re seeking a highly organized Office Manager Assistant to replace our retiring Office Manager in a temp-to-hire role. This person will wear many hats—front desk support, phones, calendar management, client document intake, tax return processing (administrative side), billing and AR collections, and general office coordination. No formal accounting knowledge is required, but experience in an accounting or professional services firm is preferred. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in finding a long-term home.

Requirements:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial tracking

Ability to manage office supplies and inventory efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with basic budgeting and expense tracking
Proactive and adaptable approach to solving administrative challenges
