Be the welcoming heartbeat of Eftsure: run daily office ops, support onboarding, and nurture a positive, efficient workplace for a 12‑month contract. This role is an integral member of our Eftsure community! You will be responsible for the daily office operations to ensure that our office continues to be a great place to work! You will also work closely with the People & Culture team, providing administrative support to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for new starters. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about creating a great employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
Coordinate office facilities, including maintenance, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries
Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team across the employee lifecycle
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Conduct reference checks for candidates and support pre-employment processes
Support HRIS administration, including data entry, reporting, and system updates
Coordinate internal events, team activities, and office initiatives
Manage office communications
Assist with compliance-related administration
Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Contribute to continuous improvement of office and administrative processes
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills with proven ability to be proactive, multi-task and effectively prioritise
High attention to detail and process driven
Integrity and confidentiality in management of company information
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Proficient in MS Office Suite

Required to work in the office 5 days a week
