Job Description

Our client, a private investment firm located in Greenwich, CT is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will start as soon as the client finds the right fit and the in-office schedule will be on-site 5 days a week with hours from 8:45am-5:00pm. Compensation ranges from $100-130K.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage front desk and reception duties
  • Act as primary point of contact for visitors and internal staff
  • Support office management for the Greenwich location
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and operations team
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Over time, support additional team members including VP level and ops team
  • Maintain a polished and professional office environment

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting directly with senior leadership
  • Ability to multitask and take on responsibilities beyond traditional admin work
  • Open to administrative or hospitality backgrounds
