Our client, a private investment firm located in Greenwich, CT is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will start as soon as the client finds the right fit and the in-office schedule will be on-site 5 days a week with hours from 8:45am-5:00pm. Compensation ranges from $100-130K.
Job Responsibility
Manage front desk and reception duties
Act as primary point of contact for visitors and internal staff
Support office management for the Greenwich location
Provide administrative support to leadership and operations team
Assist with event planning and coordination
Over time, support additional team members including VP level and ops team
Maintain a polished and professional office environment
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting directly with senior leadership
Ability to multitask and take on responsibilities beyond traditional admin work
