This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional with a strong background supporting accounting and administrative functions.
Job Responsibility:
Process payroll accurately and on time
Provide accounts payable support
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reports
Manage employee benefits administration and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related questions
Perform general administrative duties to support various members of the office team and board members
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Utilize Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis
Requirements:
Prior experience in an office administration or office manager role, with direct support of accounting and administrative functions
Strong Excel skills (required)
Experience working in a small office environment where you have been a jack of all trades
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and support a small team in a fast-paced office setting
