Job Responsibility

  • Execute general facility maintenance, simple building repairs, and routine office upkeep as directed by management
  • Carefully disassemble, move, reassemble, and configure corporate office furniture, cubicles, and meeting room layouts
  • Utilize basic hand and power tools safely to patch drywall, tighten fixtures, adjust doors, and handle minor hardware fixes
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of the office environment to identify safety hazards, burnt-out lighting, or items requiring repair
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing heavy office shipments, supplies, and facility assets
  • Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage rooms, utility closets, and maintenance workshop areas
  • Respond promptly and courteously to internal facility service requests submitted by corporate staff members
  • Adhere strictly to all corporate health, safety, and environmental protocols while performing physical tasks

Requirements
