Job Description

Bentley Systems is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Lead to become the heart of our Bratislava office. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Interoperability, you will be the go-to person responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office, supporting our team, and fostering a positive, productive culture. This unique role also includes a light product-testing component, where you will provide valuable, non-technical feedback on our software from a user's perspective.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors (landlord, insurance, security), and handling official correspondence
  • Manage the office budget for kitchen supplies, wellness, and social events
  • Ensure the office environment is professional, welcoming, and fully functional for all colleagues and visitors
  • Handle all health and safety requirements for the office based on governmental guidelines
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including calendar management and scheduling
  • Coordinate team events, such as weekly breakfasts, to build morale and community
  • Manage logistics for colleague travel, visa arrangements, and visitor access
  • Perform simple, weekly, user-perspective product tests based on predefined steps and report on the experience in clear, non-technical language

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in Slovak, both written and verbal (C2 level)
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Office Management, Executive Assistant)
  • Must have the ability to work 100% on-site in our Bratislava office
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

  • Experience supporting senior leaders is a plus
