As our Office Assistant, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service. Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks. Job Responsibility

  • Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operation
  • Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues
  • Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic
  • Coordinate general front office activities including but not limited to
  • registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations, and other related duties
  • Assist the Practice Manager to ensure appropriate staffing coverage at all times
  • Assist the Practice Manager with the new hire or reoccurring training processes

Requirements

  • High School Graduate, upon hire
  • High School GED, upon hire
  • 2 years related experience in a front or back office clinic setting, upon hire
