Job Responsibility

Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operation
Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues
Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic
Coordinate general front office activities including but not limited to
registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations, and other related duties
Assist the Practice Manager to ensure appropriate staffing coverage at all times

Job Responsibility

Provide support to the supervisor and ensure an environment of efficiency and high-quality service within the clinic reception group
Able to accurately perform the assigned work without error
