We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Office Junior to join our team. Job Responsibility:
General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office tasks including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing post and help manage general correspondence
Support reception duties such as answering phones and greeting visitors, when required
Document Management: Organise and maintain office files and digital records
Ensure documents are accurately archived and easy to retrieve
Meeting & Office Setup: Help set up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, equipment, and refreshments
Ensure the workspace is tidy, well-organised, and welcoming
Stock & Supplies Management: Monitor and restock office supplies such as stationery, printer cartridges, drinks, and snacks
Report low stock levels and assist with ordering replacements
Team & Project Support: Provide ad-hoc support to departments including marketing, accounts, sales, and operations
Assist with light research, basic content updates, and internal marketing activities (as training progresses)
Requirements:
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Good communication skills and a polite, professional manner
Basic IT literacy (Word, Excel, email)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
