The Operations Team at H ensures our Paris office runs smoothly so the team can focus on building the future of autonomous AI. From managing the workspace and supplies to organizing events and onboarding new hires, we handle the day-to-day details that keep the office efficient, welcoming, and enjoyable. Our goal is to create a workspace where people can do their best work without worrying about logistics.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage our relationship with Patchwork (coworking provider)
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and fully functional
  • Oversee deliveries, supplies, and workspace logistics
  • Track expenses and process invoices via Pennylane
  • Support compliance routines (e.g., GDPR) with Finance & Legal
  • Own IT onboarding/offboarding: laptop setup, account provisioning, access rights
  • Manage hardware inventory: laptops, monitors, accessories
  • Handle procurement and vendor relationships (Apple and others)
  • Maintain structured stock systems and troubleshoot basic tech issues
  • Coordinate with internal IT/security teams to ensure compliance and support
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding: workspace setup, welcome kits, access management
  • Be the go-to person for office-related questions and support
  • Organize internal events, offsites, and team gatherings
  • Foster a warm, inclusive, and energizing work environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management, workplace operations, or IT coordination
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, professional presence

  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
