Job Responsibility

  • Be the first point of contact for the Amsterdam office, helping the team with their queries
  • Order and manage groceries for the Amsterdam team
  • Be part of the social committee and organize fun events
  • Proactively handle office maintenance tasks
  • Work closely with the Global Facilities Manager to ensure a consistent office experience
  • Collaborate on global office projects
  • Support globally by handling first-line office and facilities queries

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English, and Dutch is a plus
  • Studying Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or a related bachelor's programme
  • Available for 40 hours per week
  • Currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for the full duration of the internship, and eligible to do an internship in the Netherlands
  • Available for 40 hours per week, full-time in office
  • The internship must be part of your studies or aligned with your educational programme

Nice to have

  • Dutch is a plus
  • Strong bias for action and ownership
  • Enthusiasm and can do attitude
  • Positive and driven team player who’s always eager to learn more
