Office/industrial Leasing Intern

• Participate in site visits to compile tenant information
• Learn the daily operations of leasing
• Conduct and verify research, providing support for the brokerage team
• Gathering information and provide support for the agency leasing team
• Understand city, owners and tenants
• Manage the database of property owners and reach out to new and potential clients
• Update database projects in ReApps, Costar, and MarketSphere
• Conduct Building walks to establish tenant rosters within buildings – building tenant information
• Consolidate market surveys into one master slide deck
• Provide market and research support to the Tenant Representation Group
• Track vacant land parcels
• Learn operations for warehouse/industrial leasing and sales
• Conduct and verify research for brokers
• Gather market information and provide support for the industrial team
• Support proposal process
• Manage property owner database and client outreach
• Participate in team, intern, and mentor/mentee meetings

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or other related area of study with a curiosity for how businesses operate
• Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail
• Clear and effective communicator who can express ideas confidently both in writing and conversation
• Natural problem-solver with the initiative to find answers and a drive to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Tech-savvy approach to business applications with the ability to adapt to new digital tools and platforms
• Collaborative team player who brings enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and a professional attitude to every project

Experience in the commercial real estate industry is an asset
