Job Responsibility

General Cleaning: Dust, polish, vacuum, and mop office floors, kitchens, desks, meeting rooms, and walkways
Kitchenette/Breakroom Care: Clean and sanitize counters, sinks. Clean coffee machines and ensure fridges are tidy and free of expired food
Waste Management: Empty all trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal and recycling compliance
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, snack drawer, coffee, tea, and advise what needs to be ordered
Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues, such as broken light fixtures, damaged furniture, or safety hazards

Escort and supervise third-party vendors and client teams working within secure technology areas
Ensure full compliance with health & safety, quality, and client-specific operational requirements
Participate in shift handovers, 24x7 rota coverage, and out-of-hours or weekend activities as required
