As an Office Experience Coordinator, you are passionate about creating welcoming, inspiring, and efficient workplace environments where people can do their best work. Job Responsibility:
Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and deliveries
Ensure meeting rooms, communal areas, and workspaces are tidy, stocked, and ready for use
Manage office supplies, stationery, refreshments, and snacks
Coordinate building access, contractors, cleaners, and maintenance issues
Support facilities management, including liaising with landlords, managing lease-related matters, and monitoring service charges
Handle light administrative duties, including post, invoices, and records
Assist with onboarding logistics for new starters (desk setup, welcome packs, office inductions)
Welcome guests and visitors, ensuring a seamless experience
Provide general office support for employees and respond to day-to-day queries
Support the impelentation of health and safety standards in the office
Act as a Fire Mashal, First Aider and Mental Health First Aider (certifications desirable but not cumpolsory – Valtech will support training where required)
Plan and organize office events, team gatherings, celebrations, and wellness initiatives
Collaborate with the Diversity & Inclusion team on company events and initiatives
Coordinate catering, meeting logistics, and social activities to foster a positive office culture
Requirements:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Previous experience in office coordination, facilities management, or administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with employees, clients, vendors, and visitors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management systems
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, community-focused attitude with a passion for creating a great office experience
Nice to have:
Health & Safety, Fire Marshal, First Aid, and/or Mental Health First Aid certifications are desirable but not essential
