We are on the lookout for an Office & Real Estate Consultant who has experienced the fast-paced nature of a dynamic role within a growing organization and the challenges that it presents. We would like this colleague to be a partner in administrative activities, in the relationship with the colleagues, the management, and the different departments. Job Responsibility

  • Answering and redirecting phone calls
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors
  • Managing meeting rooms and ensuring protocol is followed according to daily requirements
  • Handling, distributing, and archiving documents and messages received from partners, clients, and colleagues
  • Sending documents via courier, post or email
  • Managing hotel, restaurant, taxi, and other business-related reservations
  • Preparing documents and reports required by management
  • Providing administrative support to all departments within the company
  • Providing and managing workspaces for employees
  • Managing and supervising office set-up or renovation activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance & Accounting or comparable academic studies

  • Liaise with the AUS Healthcare Vertical to share industry best practices for healthcare security training programs
  • Audit and drive security training practices across the portfolio to optimize effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Develop and maintain the portfolio security training and training folder program
  • Establish contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel and ensure they have been met and maintained across all client sites
